It’s no longer news that Buhari returned to Nigeria on Saturday after spending 103 days on medical treatment in London Hospital. Thousands of people came out to welcome their dear President who had been rumored to be a dead man which is commendable.
President Muhammadu Buhari equally addressed the nation for the first time since he has been facing serious health challenges which is also commendable but shocked the world while addressing Nigerians on national broadcast which shows the hatred on the Igbos.
President Buhari only condemned the agitation of Biafra by the Igbos and didn’t mention or condemn the quit notice given to the Igbos by Arewa Youths as a true leader ought to do. This shows how lopsided Buhari is and can’t be regarded as a leader.
Buhari equally said that Ojukwu agreed with him that Nigeria will never break up but forgets that Ojukwu is dead now and those agitating for Biafra now are the living. The Igbos who are alive today, don’t care about what he discussed with Ojukwu because he is no longer feeling the pains which the Igbos are passing today.
The truth is, Buhari goofed in today’s national broadcast as a President and shocked the world.
